Origin
The Gathering Koncept was born from a simple belief: bringing people together and helping people connect aren't the same thing.
With a background in facilitation, learning experience design, and community-building, I’ve spent over 10 years designing workshops, professional learning opportunities, and networking spaces for education and community organizations. Along the way, I noticed a pattern: organizations invest real time and money in gatherings, but few stop to ask what those gatherings were meant to accomplish, or whether they did.
I built TGK to close that gap. I help business and organizational leaders design gatherings around a clear goal, create the connection that gets them there, and measure what happens after.
